Welcome to your exquisite Waikiki getaway at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd! This stunning ocean-facing condo, offers the perfect blend of modern elegance and island charm, ensuring your stay is nothing short of spectacular. Recently remodeled in October 2023, our condo boasts modern design elements and calming décor, creating a serene retreat amidst the vibrant energy of Waikiki. With 180-degree ocean views and a front-row seat to the Hilton Hawaiian Village's weekly Friday fireworks from your lanai, every moment here is a feast for the senses.

This is our cherished home away from home, and we’re delighted to share it with you. We’ve put a lot of love and care into making this space special, and we ask that you treat it with the same respect and mindfulness that we do.
- Please respect and care for the entire condo and its contents. This is a private residence, not a hotel.
- Read and follow all house rules provided by your host.

- All guests must comply with local, state, and federal laws, and any violation of house rules may result in immediate removal.
- PARKING - Available in the building for an additional fee of $28.00 per day.
- SUPPLIES - The unit comes equipped with initial supplies. Guests are responsible for restocking as needed.
- GUESTS - Only booked guests are allowed in the unit. No parties, events, or commercial photography/filming allowed.
- QUIET HOURS - 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- CHECK-IN - 4:00 PM. The primary guest must be present at check-in and is responsible for communicating the rules to other guests.
- CHECK-OUT - 11:00 AM. Late check-out available for a fee. Guests must follow specific check-out procedures.
- TELEVISION - Sign into streaming services with your login information. Please remember to sign out before departure.
- LAUNDRY - Shared laundry facilities are located on the 8th floor. Payment via PayRange app or credit card.
- REPORTING - Immediately report any damage or issues to the unit. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
- OWNER/MANAGER ACCESS - Access may be required for routine maintenance or emergencies. Reasonable notice will be provided.
