Welcome to our splendid split-level home! Guests are treated to the full splendor of our abode. While the garage and outbuildings remain off-limits, fear not, as ample parking awaits in the driveway and along the front of the home.
Step inside to discover an open-concept kitchen and living room, adorned with generous windows that invite streams of rejuvenating daylight. Every necessity is at your fingertips in this inviting space.
Featuring five bedrooms (One is a baby's room with a crib) and two full bathrooms, including a bathtub upstairs and a convenient stand-up shower downstairs, our home boasts comfort and convenience. Downstairs, a washer and dryer stand ready for guest use, ensuring your stay is as effortless as possible.
Families will delight in our assortment of kids' toys, both indoors and outdoors, promising endless entertainment for our younger guests.
Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end road, our home offers the best of both worlds—just a 30-minute drive to Coeur d'Alene, ID, and a mere 10-12 minutes to downtown Spokane. Whether you seek respite from the city buzz or convenient access to events, our location is ideal.
Whether you're a family with little ones in tow or a couple seeking adventure, our home provides a warm and welcoming retreat.
Should you require anything specific, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're eager to accommodate your needs, whether it's additional amenities for kids or any other requests.
Looking for an extended stay? Our home is available for reservations ranging from 2-8 months. (Aug 15th-May 31st)
Please take note: Any extra cleaning beyond the standard will be requested from guests and is the responsibility of the guest to cover. Failure to comply will result in a claim through Airbnb.
Regrettably, the hot tub is not available for guests' use at this time.

Rest assured, I'm always just a text or email away to assist you. While I won't be available in person, I'm readily available to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during your stay.
Residential area on a dead end road. Quiet yet close to I-90 Access
There is a bus stop about a 3 min walk from our home. Uber and Lyft are great resources as well. We also have parking at our home if you decide to drive to our home or rent a car.
Please note that upon booking our home, we kindly request photo identification for verification purposes.
Additionally, it's possible that we may be on-site in the back office during your stay. However, please rest assured that this office is completely separate from the main house, and our presence there is solely for business purposes if we happen to be in the vicinity. We will always inform you in advance if we anticipate being in the back office during your stay.
All utilities included in monthly rate HOWEVER, if Avista (Electricity) bill exceeds $175 the guest will be responsible for the overage through a payment request via Airbnb.
Guests are required to sign our rental agreement sent via email.
