Guests have access to all spaces except a small linen closet and the pantry. All bedrooms, bathrooms and bedroom closets are available. The laundry closet is also available.

Please communicate through the Airbnb app. We will respond quickly to whatever you may need. Entrance instructions are sent after lunchtime on the day of arrival.

Approximately 145 steps from to the beach, this complex is a gated, covered parking, community. Our unit has a brand new elevator, that services 3 condos. (I cannot always guarantee the elevator, but there are stairs as well.) There are two outdoor pools. They are open year-round, but not heated. There is also a hot tub beside one of the pools (again I cannot always guarantee). Even though you are only steps from downtown or the pier, the complex is not typically noisy.

You are in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and all of Tybee's nightlife.

There is wifi, and multiple streaming options are loaded and available on the televisions.

(For complete legal rental agreement see “Other things to note”) TO BOOK THIS LISTING you must have: -A verified account with a valid ID uploaded to Airbnb. -A completed profile that includes your city, your phone number and a profile photo that matches your ID and has a clear picture of your face. When booking (or inquiring), please provide in your initial message: -What brings you to our city and who is coming with you. -How many guests that will be staying. (Our max occupancy can not exceed 4 guests). RULES/POLICIES REFUND POLICY Full refund: if canceled 30 or more days before check in date (excluding credit card processing fee for refunded VRBO guests). If booked between 14 and 30 days before check in, you must notify us within 48 hours of booking for full refund (excluding credit card processing fee for refunded VRBO guests). 50% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before check in (excluding credit card processing fee for refunded VRBO guests). If booking is less than 7 days away, no refunds will be granted other than the cleaning fee. If canceling through VRBO, a credit card processing fee of up to 4% will be charged from the merchant. PET POLICY $70 pet fee with a maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply. If unauthorized pets are brought to our home, your reservation will BE CANCELED with no refund and you will be ask to leave the property. If discovered that a pet was brought after you check out, you will be charged a $250 fee in order for us to pay for an extensive cleaning of the apartment. SMOKING There is NO smoking allowed inside of the apartment. If you do smoke inside the house, you are a risk of loosing your deposit in order for us to pay for steam cleaning the beds, curtains and walls. The amount of this fine will be $250.00. Smoking is allowed on the terrace as long as the sliding glass doors are closed to prevent smoke smell in the apartment. PARTIES Large gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited. PET POLICY $70 per pet. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES You may be asked to leave if there are any illegal activities, or there’s any damage or disruption to the premise or its neighboring properties without any refund. POOL POLICY No non-registered guests at the pool. No glass or pets allowed are allowed at the pool. There is a $500 fine for these violations. EMERGENCIES or REPAIRS The owner is allowed to enter the premises if there’s an emergency or if repairs or additional services are needed, which will be handled as quickly as possible. This will be during agreed upon times with at least a 24-hour notice (unless we’re needed ASAP). ---All Other Rules--- -Do not hang anything from the balcony (Condo association charges a fine). Unfortunately, we can’t compensate you for the temporary outage of utilities. We do not assume any liability for damages or injuries to guests or their personal property. Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest: CHARGES FOR DAMAGES or LOST ITEMS Pool violations: $500 Smoking within unit - $250.00 Pet Violation: $250.00 Carpet spill/stain - $75.00 Lost or damaged Key FOB - $50.00 Loss or damage to towels- $20.00 each If you have read through this, thank you! Great get away weekend
We love coming to Tybee, we come as much as we can. This property was a great fit for our plans. Close to the beach, has a pool and close to shops and bars. The condo was cute and clean. Also very comfortable. Will come again.

Walk everywhere
Great location. Short walk to the beach which is next to the pier and short walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and bars. You can hang out on the beach and walk along and grab a drink or food and never really leave the beach. The beach is busy in the area around the pier but great for people watching and kids to make friends and hangout. The condo unit has everything we needed to cook. The unit was perfect for our family vacation.

Nice, clean spot for a family
We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the beach was packed which made the place even better since you only had to share the elevator with 2 other condos and we had two covered parking spots. We had two couples and a toddler and the condo was perfect for us. We mostly cooked in the condo and found it well appointed. The two pools were nice to have as well.
