Nestled within walking distance of all the city has to offer, you are invited to step back in time while enjoying modern comforts. Whether you are here to explore the city or just relax, our amenities are designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The large, well equipped kitchen overlooks the outdoor entertainment space, perfect for lounging in the sun or shade. The large screened enclosure features a salt water pool, sunning areas, hot tub, outdoor dining space and lounge area with TV. Inside, there is a dining area and large living room with vaulted ceiling and loads of comfortable seating. The main bedroom features a vaulted ceiling with en suite bathroom, walk in closet and vanity area. The second bedroom with queen size bed overlooks the 200 year old tree in the front yard. The third bedroom is sunny and bright with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV and charging stations for your devices. Two full baths with showers are upstairs and one full bath with soaking tub is located on the ground floor.
Parking is at a premium in the city, but not here! You will have ample space to park up to six vehicles in our driveway.

Beautiful historical oasis

We really enjoyed this home and appreciate the history as well as all the renovations and details they put into this property! The kitchen is amazing for entertaining, and there’s so much space throughout. The pool and hot tub is amazing also! But most importantly, I loved that this was walking distance into town! We were literally two blocks away. Everything from the linens, To the showers and the mattresses was super cozy! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This house is the BEST home on Vrbo for St. Augustine! Big, clean, fun and friendly! The pool and hot tub are amazing! The location is perfect, you can walk to everything! It's perfect for a short or long stay! We are going back! Love it! We will be making this our Florida home!

Beautiful downtown St. Augustine rental!!

My family & I stayed at this stunning downtown St Augustine historic beauty and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious with a gorgeous kitchen that had everything you needed to feel right at home. The pool and hot tub as well as the patio sitting area is the so serene and relaxing! The beds were very comfortable, very nice linens and towels, beautiful bathrooms and a laundry room to die for, even equipped with a laundry shoot from the master!!! Ample parking in the driveway and steps away from historic downtown St. Augustine. Quiet, peaceful and very safe area with lots of eating and shopping, etc. a short drive away. Pet friendly which was a bonus! On top of this gorgeous home is the absolute BEST owners who are extremely communicative, friendly and very hospitable. We can't say enough great things about this rental & the owners, BJ & Carolyn!! They're simply the BEST & will make your stay truly memorable!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Gorgeous historic home in the heart of downtown St. Augustine!

My family and I had the privilege of staying at this absolutely stunning house over the 4th of July holiday, we had the BEST time!! This house is unbelievably beautiful with gorgeous curb appeal, amazing location right in the downtown area but still very quiet and peaceful that you sometimes forget that you're in the heart of St. Augustine! The pool and hot tub was a winner for my family! We LOVED the patio area with the TV and cozy lounge area overlooking the gorgeous sparkling pool! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are to die for! The whole house is to die for! Lots of upgrades for a home originally built in the late 1800's. We loved the blend of historic meets modern! If the gorgeous house wasn't enough, let me praise the owners of this amazing home! BJ and his wife, Carolyn are by far the best rentals owners we have ever met, hands down! They are the epitome of hospitable, kind, extremely communicative, professional, friendly and caring. Anytime we asked for something or needed something, it was taken care of immediately. If I could give the owners and their home a million stars review, I would. I highly recommend this rental if you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful, fun, walking distance to the most historic and oldest city in the U.S.!! My family & I had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back!!! Thank you again for a truly amazing stay, BJ & Carolyn!!! We appreciate y'all so much!!
