In our luxury penthouse you will find on two floors everything you need for an unforgettable holiday or worcation. Two bedrooms with 3 beds (1 King, 2 Individual) and a sofa bed are available for up to 5 guests. On the top floor there is a private pool where you can enjoy your vacation and spare time undisturbed. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-mashine, mixer and more leaves nothing to be desired. And if you do want to go out for eating, countless restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Our penthouse is equipped with high-speed optical fiber internet with WiFi-Amplifier in every floor - ideal for working or streaming. On our UHD TV we offer access to Netflix and Disney+ for free! Every Room is equipped with an Air-Condition and a Fan.

When you stay at our penthouse, you have access to several community amenities like a 18-Meters LAP Pool, an Adult-Chill-Out Pool with Temperature Controll System, a Yoga Area and a fully equipped Gym.
And if you want to visit the Tulum Beach, you can reach it about 10 Minutes easily over the new Av. Kukulkan.

La Veleta is a neighborhood in the tranquility and nature of the jungle. In walking distance, you will find plenty of international restaurants, streetfood, chich cafes and bars. In the near surrounding there are also several digital co-working spaces, laundry and the famous holistica. The next supermarket is just around the corner, not even 10 meters to walk. With the Avenida Kukulkan there is a brandnew beach access road, where you can reach Tulum Beach in less than 10 Minutes. In La Veleta, you will find a very good mixture between trendy eco-chic restaurants and authentic mexican lifestyle

You can reach many restaurants, supermarkets and lifestyle areas by foot. To go to the beach or Downtown, it is recommended to rent a bicycle, scooter or car. There are many scooter and bicycle renting places in the street, we could also recommend you. You can park your car, scooter or bicycle on a secured parking spot.
