The villa is located on the hillside of Chaweng on the east coast of Koh Samui, overlooking the magnificent sea view of the Chaweng coastline. It is a modern-style residence with three bedrooms, close to nature, quiet at night, and a modern building with an excellent location.
The space
The villa has a construction area of ​​250 square meters and is a warm 3-bedroom modern minimalist style villa.
When you open the door of the villa, you will see the living room of the villa. The living room has an open kitchen, refrigerator, dining table, sofa, TV, etc. The villa will provide guests with basic kitchenware and tableware. When you open the floor-to-ceiling glass door of the living room, you will see the villa's swimming pool. The swimming pool faces the sea and you can overlook the sea view of Chaweng District. There are two sun loungers beside the swimming pool. The two bedrooms are located on the left hand side of the swimming pool, and on the right hand side is the master bedroom with a balcony. Each of the three rooms is equipped with a 1.8*2 meter double bed, and a bathroom with shower facilities and toilet.

The villa is a self-catering villa with no live-in staff or other services.
Excludes breakfast, transfers, water and electricity.
Water and electricity are calculated based on actual usage. The number of water and electricity meters is taken when checking in and also when checking out. Electricity is 7.1 Baht/KWh, water is 150 Baht/cubic.
A deposit of THB 10,000 is required when check in.The deposit will be refunded upon check-out without any damage.
Between December 25th and January 15th, a minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
