This is a hosted vacation rental - meaning that we are available during your stay if you have any issues or problems and need assistant.

This luxury, beautiful beachfront retreat is located in a gated community in downtown Kona. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, the farmers market, the pier, beaches, and the famous oceanfront Alii Drive. The airport is only 10 minutes away.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One king bed and one twin bed with a private full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: One queen bed with a private full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: One king bed with a private full bathroom.
Bedroom 4: One queen bed.
Additionally, there is a king-size sofa bed in the downstairs living room, accommodating two more guests.
Kitchen: The luxury custom kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories needed to entertain and enjoy meals at home. Features include:

The kitchen also boasts two large islands with another sink, providing ample space for cooking and socializing.

The indoor dining room comfortably seats 8 and is located just off the kitchen.
An additional dining set for 8 is available on the Lanai, just outside the living room.
Living Room: The living room features a big-screen smart TV, perfect for enjoying family time together.
Aquatic Features:
Three beautiful aquariums with colorful fish.
A Koi pond by the front entrance with beautiful Koi fish, a waterfall, and a fountain.
Water lilies adorn the backyard, alongside your private Spa by the beach.
Additional Amenities:
Two laundries with high-capacity washers and dryers.
Backyard BBQ area by the ocean.
Access to community amenities including tennis and pickleball courts, an aquatic center with a community pool and Olympic-size lap pool, a kids' playground, horseshoe pits, a frisbee golf course, and the Maka’eo Walking Path.
This retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

The base rate is for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 people, we will add a service fee of $40 per night per additional person for additional beds, futons, linens, towels, etc.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.

Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $1000 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violate the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.

Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4 pm on the day. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $199 for 2 pm check-in, $399 for 12 pm check-in, $499 for 10 am check-in.

Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check-out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving on the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $99 for 12 pm check-out, $299 for 2 pm check-out, $499 for 4:00 pm check-out, $599 for 6 pm check-out, and $699 for 8 pm check-out

Excellent location

Quiet gated communities with excellent location. The bed is comfortable which is the most important thing for us. The amenities are equipped as described. My families really enjoyed our one week stays here.

Beach House relax!

Emmy was easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the gate code and the internet, but they were resolved by the second day. Home location was very safe! If you enjoy falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves, and having a large kitchen to prepare meals, this is the perfect location!

not worth the price

Great location. Beautiful beach. House is run down, furniture is ripped, there is personal clutter that is stored/stacked in the corners and drawers. The tile is peeling throughout the entire house. The screen doors are ripped and do not close properly. The air conditioners can not keep up with demand. House has more cockroaches than acceptable while in Hawaii. I contacted the owner about these issues and nothing was resolved.

Aloha! This is Emmy. I am the owner and manager of these lovely vacation rentals in Kailua-Kona of Hawai’i. I had been working in Silicon Valley for over 25 years and worked as a software engineer and entrepreneur.  I founded several startup companies in Silicon Valley, built several successful businesses, and pursued my entrepreneurial dreams there.   I loved living in California and still consider it my "Home on the Mainland."

 My lifelong dream has always been to live in Hawaii - paradise on earth.  My first truly memorable experience in Hawaii was my first vacation in Hawaii. I visited each of the Hawaii islands. I fell in love with Kona.  The Big Island is the best.  There is so much to do here, with crystal clear water for snorkeling, rainforests, waterfalls, and volcanoes to explore, and mountains that almost reach the stars.

Besides high tech, one of my lifelong interests has been real estate. I love exploring the properties in every destination I visit. Combining my love for Hawaii and homes, I now own 5 beautiful vacation rental houses.

I have put much effort into every house to make them as comfortable and welcoming as your own home.  I use the latest technologies in the rental houses, including a smart lock, a comprehensive customized online welcome book for each guest, and much more. 

I built the best team which is responsible and responsive to your inquiries and needs.   We live close to all of our rental houses, we are always available for our guests.   We do our best to provide the best services.

I've always felt at home with the tropics and the ocean. From volcanoes to waterfalls, my favorite part of Kona is the snorkeling that gives you a peek into the vast and amazing ocean life. Kailua-Kona, the town itself also has a great, laid-back vibe and easy access to beaches, stores, farmer's market, and restaurants.
