Tequila Sunrise is a beautifully appointed four bedroom, three bathroom, pet-friendly two story house on a large lot. Bring the whole family and enjoy a truly private vacation. The house includes a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, another guest room with two twin beds, and a recreation room with twin over twin bunk beds with a pull-out trundle bed. Additionally, the downstairs recreation room includes a 3-in-1 game table, gaming TV, dart board, and beanbag chairs. Enjoy cooking family dinners in the very roomy, fully equipped kitchen. You can also enjoy eating meals and watching the sunsets on the large screened-in back deck overlooking the natural terrain of Perdido Key's Old River. This house is located only one mile from the Florabama and only is a one minute walk from public beach access.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **Dogs / Cats Welcome! Non-Refundable dog / cat fee applies $250.00 / per pet - maximum 2 pet(s). Pet owners accept full responsibility for pet(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay an additional $300.
