Summary:
Welcome to luxury living in the heart of East Nashville! This freestanding 3-story townhouse is your home away from home in Music City! Just 5 miles away from all the action on Broadway, but minutes to eclectic & vibrant East Nashville.
Views from our giant rooftop deck range from Grimey's record store across the street (if you hit it right, you may even run into local celebs - Bon Jovi will be there June 7th signing records!) to the "Batman Building" and Nashville's ever-expanding skyline.

The Space:
Trinity House is one of the few freestanding short term rentals in the city, which makes it truly unique. Thoughtful touches such as Bluetooth speakers, a karaoke machine, desks for your WFH needs, and all the kitchen amenities you would expect in your own home make this unit even more special. All bedrooms have ample closets, with the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms boasting custom walk-in closets.

**Sleeps 10 guests total including the Queen sleeper sofa**

1st floor - Bunk room (Full bed) and King bedroom, both with private bathrooms
2nd floor - King bedroom with ensuite bathroom, sprawling open floor plan chef's kitchen, dining space, living room featuring sleeper sofa sectional, and powder bathroom
3rd floor - King bedroom (Primary) with ensuite bathroom + TV, loft living room, wet bar/coffee bar, and powder bath
Rooftop deck - 400 sq foot deck with seating for 12 and downtown skyline views

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, as well as the fenced in yard. The front yard is fully fenced in and gated. The backyard gate typically stays open, but can be closed if need be.

Guests have access to the garage. Currently there is space in the garage for 1 car, and there is room to park within the fence outside of the garage for 2 more cars.

The Neighborhood:
East Nashville is home to a young, creative demographic which lends itself to having a great coffee, food and nightlife scene. Record shops, intimate music venues, and summer festivals make “East”, as the locals call it, a little bit different from many of the other neighborhoods in Nashville. Also don’t forget to stop by—everyone’s favorite—Dolly Parton mural in the Lockeland Springs area!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Nashville is a car, or by using rideshare companies such as Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.

Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests:
Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra)
2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra)
3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra)
4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra)
5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra)

Parties are strictly forbidden from this listing and we charge a $1000 fee for any unauthorized parties.

Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (e.g. marathon and college graduation weekends) . We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (this is dependent on other guest check-in/out and our cleaner's schedule):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $150
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $200 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

We have Smart (HD) TVs with dozens of over the air/local channels along with thousands of shows available via Netflix, Amazon Prime video, and Google Play. However, there is no cable in the unit (e.g. ESPN, Disney, etc.) but the over the air channels often play major sporting events (SuperBowl, college football playoffs, NBA playoffs, etc.)

We do allow dogs upon request, so if you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there.

We do charge a pet fee of $50/night per dog that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. We ask that you keep your dog crated at night and anytime you are not in the home. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking.

***If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.***

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the apartment, building, or anywhere on the property***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***

You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.

For guests requiring a pack n play, high chair, or any other non-standard item, please submit your request at least 7 days before check-in to ensure availability. If the request is made less than 7 days prior to check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate it, but cannot guarantee availability.
