Perfect location!!

Kasa Maui was exactly as described. It was in the pefect location for our quick getaway. The beach was accessible right across the street and and you could also walk to Tamboo restaurant. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable

We stayed 3 nights at Kasa Maui and was really an excellent experience! Every single detail that Karl and Evelyn included in the apartment was great (Wifi, Netflix, beach chairs, BBQ grill, kitchen utensils). The house was clean and the property area was very pretty. Sandy Beach is just crossing the street and there are some nice restaurants around. We are definitively coming back!

Perfect location, great house, beautiful yard with private gate.

This find was PERFECT for our week stay in Rincon. The house is clean, the kitchen has new appliances, the bed was comfy, and it was awesome that they provided 2 beach chairs and a cooler for us to use on beach days. The owner of this house is great and always responds super fast if you ever need to contact him. The yard is very spacious and there are tables and chairs set up for outside lounging if you choose to do that. We were very pleased with our stay it was a perfect size to comfortably fit two people.

Amazing Stay!

OurStay at Kasa Maui was perfect in every way. The unit was clean and just as advertised! The host was super nice and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. The outside yard and hangin areas were perfect we had dinner out there several times and took naps in the hammocks. All of the beach gear you need was available (chairs, boogie board, coolers, toys). The proximity to sandy beach is unbeatable, severa great bars and restaurants in walking distance. We've stayed in Puntas before but this was an exceptional experience! Would absolutely recommend staying staying at Kasa Maui to friends, family or anyone considering it.

Great location steps from the beach, great restaurants, shops, coffee and smoothies, and surfboard rentals. Had everything we needed. Felt very secure. Loud music very nearby the first night, some may love this, others may not. When there wasn’t loud music, enjoyed the sounds of the coquis. Property manager was very responsive when we had a question.

Rest & Relaxation in Ricon

Great location, good space everything one would need to sleep, cook, relax...both at the Kasa and the beach. Owners very responsive and organized. Neighborhood is friendly and safe. We were in lower level apartment and our 2nd floor neighbors were lovely. Walk to beach, restaurants, surf shop and surf lessons. Ricon is the perfect rest and relaxation location and Kasa Maui was a wonderful place to stay.

The perfect place to stay in Rincón

I love the apartment, it was bigger than I thought and had all that we needed inside and outside including private parking, a covered terrace with hammocks and tables. Its located cross the street from the beach and there are a few restaurants, shops and yoga classes in walking distance.

Awesome location, we could have stayed for weeks. The actual property can be hard to find but it’s right next to the Tamboo Bar that you can put in your GPS.

Amazing Spot

Kasa Maui is in the best location in Rincon. One of the only locations in Rincon where you can walk to several restaurants, convenience store, as well as, walk to many surf spots right infront of the property. Even during the pandemic the restaurants in Puntas were open. Karl and Evelyn are great hosts that accommodate every request promptly and answer any questions you may have. The parking is ample and the property is modern, clean, and up to date. It has everything you need. I stayed for three weeks and have just booked for three more weeks.

Casa Mosquito

All the positive amenities of this property were vastly outweighed by the persistent and overwhelming number of mosquitoes inside and outside the house. We couldn’t take advantage of thing likes cooking, enjoying the patio, or relaxing, because all our time was spent fending off bites. There were literally hundreds in the home even with mosquito coils and candles going 24/7. The property owner said it was a normal condition for the island but we never had issues anywhere else in Rincon. Our next place was totally mosquito free and even eating outside at restaurants never posed issues. The house is dark and muggy and has a moisture problem and the issue needs to be addressed. Also the AC unit sounds like a generator and the bed is very uncomfortable. We were disappointed to stay here two weeks. It did not feel like a vacation despite being in a good location and close to the water.
