Die Erdgeschosswohnung befindet sich in den Villas of Seacrest und bietet direkten Zugang zum 12.000 Quadratmeter großen Lagunenpool mit Wasserfällen und Springbrunnen. Sie können auf Ihrer privaten Terrasse sitzen und Ihren Kindern beim Spielen im Kinderbecken zusehen, das sich direkt neben der Terrasse dieser Wohnung befindet.

Der Poolbereich hat auch ein Amphitheater, Grünfläche zum Fisbee spielen und Bälle werfen und herumlaufen!

Excellent location, comfortable accommodations!

We had a great stay, start to finish! Ronna was very responsive, but we didn’t have any issues. Little touches like shampoo and body wash and beach towels, plus sand toys, and coloring books for our little guy was so appreciated. The location of this place is supreme!! Right at the pool, and basically the closest you can get to beach access in this community. Tram access if you need it is right out the front door.

Wonderful condo for a family!

This is the perfect place in Seacrest for a family. Easy access to the beach and steps away from the pool made our stay so enjoyable. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim in the pool. This is a huge bonus as we watched others search for a chair around the pool. Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Also, so convenient that the reserved parking is right out the door.

Nice stay

Good stay at this condo. The location is great with the pool. We had several pool closures during the week which was unfortunate as this was the main reason we stayed here. Enjoyed the condo and it worked well for our 4 adults and 2 kids. The condo was clean except the floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beach was great. There is a tram that takes you there and the kids loved it. Great neighborhood. Overall it was a great trip

Great condo set up and incredible location for pool (steps away), the beach (~1/4 mile), and restaurants and shops (~1/5 mile). We always enjoy Seacrest and this was a great place to stay!

Reunion week for 3 cousins

We had a great time catching up and relaxing at this wonderful condo. The location of the condo was amazing, just steps away from the gorgeous luxury pool. I really liked the floor plan layout with 3 large bedrooms on one level. The property was well maintained and the pool was sparkling clean. Great location just minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping! I will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay!

We loved our stay! The condo is beautifully decorated and super comfy. Beds are great and the kitchen is very well stocked and updated. The living room is bright and a great place to relax. We enjoyed the large patio next to the pool with various places to sit and enjoy the scenery. The location is perfect! We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Being able to walk to restaurants was very nice too! We would love to return!

Location matters!

Location, location, location! First floor access directly to the pool was so convenient. The beach is also extremely accessible with just a short walk across 30A. Ronna was accessible and responsive during our entire trip and made sure our family had a nice stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Getaway on 30A

The location cannot be beat, especially if you have kids/toddlers. The condo was on the first floor and opened right up to the pool (did not have to take a tram or go down any elevators to get there) the beach was just a short walk away. Our son loved taking the tram but sometimes it was just faster to walk! Also very close walking distance to Alys and Rosemary (really .... it doesn’t get better!) The condo was beautiful and very comfortable! It was very big and could sleep everyone comfortably. Ronna was wonderful and the check in/check out process was seamless. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Getaway!

This condo is perfect. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We walked to the beach and rode the tram some days. We walked to dinner and ordered takeout that we could walk to pick up. I prefer not having to drive to everything. The property is beautiful and I like being on the ground floor. We will be back for sure.

Lovely

We enjoyed our stay at C101. The pools were a fun addition as the ocean was a bit rough on a couple of days. Working with Ronna was easy and she was quick to respond. The only negative was that the unit wasn’t the cleanest. Many of the kitchen utensils were dirty, master bathroom and bedroom could have been cleaner and the dishwasher door is broken. However, we didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were enjoying the beautiful weather, food and fun that Seacrest has to offer.

GREAT VACATION SPOT

We usually pack our car with all kinds of things that we think we will need for the pool and the beach. This vacation rental has everything that you would need for both. The rental is completely stocked with everything that you would need for a great vacation. You open up the back door and you are steps away from the swimming pool. Right outside the front door is the tram stop for the beach. It is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants. This is our fourth time renting from the same property manager. Ronna makes planning vacation very easy. We can hardly wait to come back.

Everyone Else at the Pool Was Jealous...

We had an amazing trip to the Emerald Coast and we absolutely LOVED this property. The interior was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The real perk of this property was that we could literally walk out the back door into the pool area. We loved it. We were able to get comfortable at the pool and still run in and out of the condo for snacks and drinks or restrooms...it was wonderful. We loved the proximity to the beach...it was an easy walk and an even easier tram ride. The convenient pick-up right outside the condo was easy, but we typically tended to walk since it was so close. We reserved our chairs at the beach in advance by a day or so, but here's a tip...if you know you're coming and you know you'd like to reserve chairs and an umbrella at the beach, reserve them as early as you book the condo. The closeness to the water is based on when you book,. so you can get great access to being right on the water if you plan early! Even though we're usually beach people, we loved the pools so much at the resort, we wound up spending most of our time there instead. We found some great restaurants around the area...our family's favorite was The Hub just down a couple of miles. There are several restaurant options to choose from in the one development and so our whole family was able to find things they enjoyed. There are always activities going on there during the summer as well...movies, music and great ice cream! We also liked Pizza By The Sea, but definitely take advantage of ordering it in advance...it was a long wait when we just walked in and ordered. Checking in and out was easy and the basics were there for everything we needed: shampoo. soaps, and a little laundry detergent and toilet paper to get us started. There were sand toys and some great books! We fell in love with the area and this property...we'll definitely be back!

Perfect location

There are 9 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, 3 ice cream places, Charlie's Donut Truck, the Sugar Shack, bookstore, art galleries, outdoor music venues and shopping all within walking distance of this neighborhood located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
