The fully air-conditioned apartment is cosy, guest friendly, highly operational, and can easily accommodate up to 6 adults. It features a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning tea or cold beer in the afternoon and enjoy the beautiful sea view.

As you step inside the apartment, you will find an open living space that features 2 comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and large sliding doors that let ample light come through and light up the space.

The bedrooms both has twin beds and a large wardrobes where you can store your belongings and large sliding doors again going out to the balcony on both bedrooms

Fig Tree Bay is the center of all the beach action, but the entire shorefront has been beautifully manicured with a wide seaside pedestrian promenade that wriggles its way up the coast, past hotel lawns, and patches of golden sand, all the way to Pernera.

Building on the success of Ayia Napa, located about 10 km (6 mi) southwest, it has expanded into a modern holiday resort of considerable size with tens of high-capacity hotels, hotel apartments, villas, restaurants, pubs, and associated facilities. Being quieter than Ayia Napa and having less of a club scene, it has a reputation of catering more for family and Cypriot tourism. Cape Greco is a 10-minute drive from the center of Protaras and is considered one of the most beautiful places on the island.

Protaras is one of the most popular diving destinations with some of the best dive sites of Cyprus and the East Med. Green Bay is the most popular dive site with thousands of first-timers trying scuba skills. The Blue Hole, the Chapel, the Decosta Bay, Malama bay. Protaras most famous dive site for Technical Diving and Commercial Diver training is Cyclops bay located on the border with Ayia Napa.
