This coastal retreat offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sleeping for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom includes a Queen bed. There is a shared bathroom off the living area, which includes sleeping for 2 on the pull-out sleeper sofa and two bunk beds.
Plenty of adventure awaits you at this fun resort. You'll have access to the Seascape Condo community swimming pool (heated in the winter months), hot tub, swings, picnic area, BBQ grill, etc., along with access to the convenient private beach walkover. Wristbands are provided for you to access and enjoy the pool area.
Important Notice: Parking at the Seascape Resort Condominiums requires a parking permit and we have included the parking fee in your reservation ($18/per night). You will receive details on how to pick up your permit, along with your wristbands, with your check-in instructions prior to your arrival date.
This community is close to town in case you want to venture in to do some shopping on the Strand, visit a museum, or try some of the many restaurants that are available. This is the perfect spot for families, couples or business travelers.
You're only a few miles to many hot spots such as Moody Gardens, fishing piers, restaurants, breweries and more!

- Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 2.9 miles away.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
