Charming 2-bedroom apartment in vibrant Zürich with WiFi
Stay comfortably in Zürich at this brilliant 2-bedroom apartment. With 2 full beds and 2 twin bed, this phenomenal space is perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, WiFi, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a shower and a hair dryer for your comfort. We hope you enjoy what our place and Zürich have to offer.
A two bedroom apartment with natural daylight at all times of the day. It can host up to 6 people and is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay at Zürich.
The apartment does have an unfortunate detail : the bathroom is rather unconventional as it was built in a way that no common person would think. If you look at the picture, you will see that you need to pass the sink and the toilet in order to enter the shower. Strange yes, but definitely original :-) We always keep it clean but bear in mind it is very small. We are truly sorry for this, we believe the architect might not have been a bathroom person as it is narrow and just made to do your toiletries and nothing more; but the rest of the apartment makes up for it!
The building itself is located on the corner of two streets and thus has a continual access to daylight - a warm feeling that makes you feel at Home! It is centrally located in a residential area served with direct connections to the main city hotspots. Located 15 min away from the main station and the lake, and served by regular bus, tram and train connections, our Casa invites you to enjoy a stroll in the nearby parks, the shopping center “Sihlcity”, the lake & the city center.
We should mention beforehand that the windows are slightly old and therefore as we are located in the city, noises can reach the apartment. There is a restaurant located downstairs (we are on the second floor) but it usually isn't loud. It’s nothing major but if you are a light sleeper, we might recommend you to either use the complimentary ear plugs or simply re-consider booking with us. Please do not think it is extremely loud now, but we prefer to mention this beforehand.
We have a very flexible check-in procedure. Our standard check-in time is at 16.00 on the arrival day. In case you can’t make it so early for the key handover, we provide you with the option to check-in using a safebox at the entrance of the building so that you can check-in whenever you arrive on that day.
Check-out time is at 11.00 on the departure day.
We should also mention that there is no elevator in the house. Since the apartment is on the second floor, you’ll have to walk up to reach it. The stairs aren't steep but we prefer you to be aware of this beforehand :)
Parking : This is a residential area. There are two types of parking surrounding the house : “White Zone” parking is to be paid for by the hour, “Blue Zone” parking is for free provided you set a blue parking sign on the dashboard of the car for an hour. Alternatively you can buy a daily parking sign from the local Police that allows you to park everywhere in the city of Zürich for one day, and costs CHF 15 / day, search for tagesbewilligung-blaupark
