The Space:
This exquisite retreat features three spacious bedrooms and three and a half modern bathrooms, a private pool, an outdoor shower, and a rooftop deck, offering the ultimate in luxury and comfort. Nestled in the vibrant heart of the town, this rental provides convenient access to the beach, as well as an array of shops and dining options, ensuring a delightful and memorable stay.

Upon entering the home, you will find a spacious open floor plan. The inviting living room with large windows allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space and features a plush, comfortable sofa with throw pillows and a modern flat-screen TV, complete with access to various streaming services for your entertainment.

The fully stocked kitchen features an oversized pantry, all-new appliances, an under-the-counter ice maker, and a combination coffee maker, making it perfect for preparing meals and cold beverages. The dining table provides ample seating, with additional stools along the kitchen bar for more guests. A powder room is located on the first floor for convenience.

Gain easy access to the backyard through the kitchen's backdoor, where you'll find a private pool, astroturf lawn, and outdoor seating to enjoy the coastal weather.

On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, as well as a door leading to the rooftop deck.

On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king-sized bed and a full bed with a wall dividing the two beds. This floor also includes a washer and dryer and access to the rooftop deck, offering amazing views of the town and the Gulf!
The living room includes a twin-sized bed for an additional guest.

Step outside and relax on the vibrant artificial turf lawn while engaging in a lively game of cornhole with friends and family. Afterward, take a leisurely ride on a golf cart to explore the nearby local shops or take a scenic trip to the beach for some sun and surf.

Don't forget to inquire with management about a high chair and playpen! These items are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
