BBQ access is right outside the kitchen area, making grilling a breeze. The garage has ping pong & shuffleboard, and provides a place for guests of all ages to hang out, along with beach towels and chairs, a wagon, as well as some beach toys to use. Upstairs, there are 3 rooms with various sleeping options with 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 Twin beds, along with an additional sofa bed and twin inflatable mattress. Lastly, on the 3rd floor, the roof deck provides another hang out spot with direct ocean views, outdoor seating, a fire pit, string lights, and an Oceanside vibe. Parking is a breeze, there's a private driveway with no neighboring homes behind the property. Cleveland St has ample FREE street parking. If you're lucky enough to be here on a Thursday night, the year round weekly street fair is also just 2 blocks away, offering dozens of different types of delicious street food, merchandise tents, live music, art, crafts and more. Every week! The Oceanside harbor is also a nice walking distance away, or a short bike ride and you're watching the boats come in and out of the marina with more shopping and dining options.
*This home, along with all the homes on the west side of Cleveland St back up to the train tracks, and it is active. We cannot do anything about the train or its frequency, etc. Our home does have double pane windows and sliding doors, which help with noise reduction. Master bedroom is the closest room to the train and it's noise.
