Welcome to your fully furnished vacation rental in Coral Ridge! This charming 4-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath unit is the ideal getaway with ample space and a beautiful layout. Families will love the inviting amenities, including a clubhouse, two pools, and a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Nestled in a picturesque neighborhood, our rental is near Sand Hollow, Coral Canyon golf course, biking trails, off-roading, and Zion National Park, offering endless outdoor adventures!
4154 is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Coral Ridge Resort. This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances, including a coffee maker and all the needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items to make your stay just like home but better! The space is fully furnished with comfortable high-quality luxury furniture and linens.
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools as well as two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay.

Coral Ridge is nestled in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered between Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Downtown Saint George is only an 8-minute drive away, literally the epicenter of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion Cedar City's Famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse where you can spend a lazy day at one of 2 beautiful, heated pools, or working out in the gym. Come home and relax in your personal hot tub adjacent to the world class Coral Canyon Golf Course and many other beautiful golf courses, located near Coral Ridge. There is a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City, right down the street from our townhome, and if you enjoy golf, the neighborhood is right next to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Golf pathways connect through the Coral Ridge Community, so you have direct walking access to the course.
We recommend having a car to get around the area, or to travel to various destinations located outside of Coral Ridge. Our townhome has a garage & driveway, and there are designated parking stalls outside.
The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm.
We have supplied the following for your use: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, and a smart TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a coffee machine, a crockpot, an electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, and a selection of basic spices and oils.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am.
Please remember there is no smoking on or near the premises, and pets are not allowed. There will be a minimum of $200 fine for either infraction.
For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
The code to the front door will be given to you on the day of your arrival.
The property has a 1 car garage and 1 car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. If you have an RV, ATV, trailer, boat or extra vehicle, Block Storage (one mile north) at 6105 W 240 N is available for $10 per space per day.
There is a garage door opener and pool key fob left in the property. Please return items there upon departure.
