The Space:
An expansive great room, outdoor flow from every room is the epitome of LA living. The living room's painted floors, classic crown molding juxtaposed with Scandi custom built-ins and mid-century furnishings is inviting and modern. The voluminous central space blends living, dining & kitchen in one bright, airy expense with ample windows and French doors to invite light and air. A sleek chef's kitchen sets the stage for relaxed cooking and intimate dinners, with a center island, Sub Zero fridge, two sinks and Viking range.
Three well-appointed bedrooms lie on the main level, including a spacious primary suite featuring a King bed and walk in closet. The primary suite has spa-like ensuite bathroom, with separate tub and shower. French doors open out directly onto the outdoor patios, pool and spa. Downstairs, the oversized home office/guest studio has direct access outdoors and features a queen sofa bed.
The private backyard features a sparkling pool, spa, firepit, shade umbrella, built-in seating, grassy yard and large patio nestled into the hillside's natural typography. It's encircled by your own private bluff, old growth trees and canyon views.

Self check-in. A unique, electronic door code will be provided.
Entire home and garage is available for guest access.
House guidelines shall be provided at check-in and a copy is available inside the house too.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled among beautiful and walkable streets. Minutes away from the heart of Hollywood, Franklin Village and Los Feliz.
Other Things to Note:
The garage only fits one car that is no longer than 186 inches in length. It will fit a compact/mid-size SUV (e.g. Volkswagen Tiguan), but pick-up trucks or large SUVs will have to park in a parallel manner on the street directly in front of the house.
Pool heating is available as an extra charge at $75 per day, $450 per week or $1,600 per month during Summer months (April 1st to Oct 31st ).
Pool heating must be requested via the host, at least 24 hours prior to use.
A minimum of one week pool heating required during Winter months (Nov 1st to April 1st), at a rate of $500 per week or $1,700 per month. Daily rate is not available in Winter.
The Nest thermostat is locked to a minimum temperature of 72F in Summer months to avoid damage to the HVAC system.
Additional cleaning can be arranged for $250 per visit during your stay and is recommended on a bi-weekly basis.
No smoking (including vaping) is allowed on the property. A $700 cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected.
May consider pets, with an additional deposit and separate cleaning fee.
