Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, this Gulf-front locale is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and fun things to fill your day!

Love this condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come here to Gulfstream once a year with family and friends and look forward to it every year. We had a wonderful stay this August.

Great beach access!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at the Gulfstream for almost 50 years. It's our family's favorite place! I did notice this time, that the condos could use more maintenance. I realize the facility is aging and it's probably harder to keep everything up to par. We will be back next year!!

Door doesn’t lock

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 106. The AC worked great and the view was beautiful. Our door to the beach would not lock. We did report it and request that it get fixed. It was not fixed during our stay. Outside of that we love the Gulfstream. We’ve been coming here since my kids were 2. They are now 21 and 23!

Memorial Day weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not pleased with the condo. There is a very old carpet which might be what is making the room smell like mold and mildew. Not one of the tv’s were functional and were very dated. We killed a Texas cockroach in the shower on the first night. The beds felt like plastic mattresses and were very old. The comforters were visibly dirty. It felt like we stayed at a cheap motel. There were no updates to the room. It is a very expensive place for what you are getting. The only plus is the first floor is in front of the beach. It was really an awful stay. We also had an issue with adults partying in the hot tub while their baby was crawling around on the floor. Other children went in as well when it is only supposed to be for adults. We were unable to use the hottub, but the pool was nice. We did not get compensated for these issues in any way. The manager was kind and offered another room, which we appreciate that he tried, but the room was not any better and was on the 3rd floor. I have stayed at gulfstream as a child and have fond memories there. It just seems the rooms have not been updated since then. It was very disappointing because we chose this place over a more cost efficient Airbnb. This is what we got for a $1000 stay for only 2 nights. Truly, we are not the type to complain. We are average people who want our money to be spent well. I want to add that the staff were all very nice.
