A garage + sleek office with sit/stand desk and ergonomic chair are on the ground floor. Great work from home setup removed from the rest of the home. Head up the stairs to the open and airy living space adorned with clean line furnishings and simple, minimalist decor. The main floor showcases gorgeous hardwood floors and a convenient half bath. The living room features a cozy sectional sofa, perfect for lounging after a day of exploring. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen TV by the gas fireplace. Get cozy on the balcony to soak in the sun and fresh air.

The adjacent dining area boasts both a table and bar seating, ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or takeout from the many nearby restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with stainless steel appliances, kitchen island with custom high end finishes like stone counters, custom cabinets and gas cooking.

Upstairs, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage space. Both are ensuite with their own bathroom and feature comfy queen-sized beds. Carpet lines the stairs and bedroom areas. Laundry closet & machines are also on this level.

Our homes are equipped with a starter supply of household and bathroom items including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These supplies are intended to get your stay off to an easy start, but we do not restock items during a guest’s stay. If something is missing upon your arrival, we are happy to remedy that though!

We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use and enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.
4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home.
5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
