Summary:
Second floor condo has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Sleeps 4 with balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Community has indoor pool as well. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Breakfast bar and dining table. Short drive to the beach.

The Space:
Full kitchen, dining area for four, One queen and two twin beds, two full baths, one shower/tub and one walk in shower. Balcony overlooking pool. Indoor pool on site as well. Stairs to climb.

Community pool, in door pool

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties and stay the duration of the reservation. This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
