Brand new flooring throughout the home and new decks installed and completed January of 2022. Many other updates including new living room and bedroom furniture, updated fixtures, and decor. Kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with bar stools so you can have company while you meal prep. In the kitchen you have access to a Keurig Latte Maker and a regular coffee pot to enjoy your coffee best. Enjoy relaxing on one of the two decks off the living room and master bedroom. Two desks are also provided for folks working or schooling while on vacation. Some basic beach items such as: beach chairs, sand toys, beach cart, cooler, etc, are included in the downstairs storage area. Outdoor Ping Pong Table and board games for entertainment. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect for rinsing off the sand. A charcoal grill is provided for guests to use. This vacation rental is a short walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk or North End Fishing Pier. Beach access is diagonal across the street. Parking for 4 vehicles.
