Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole unit. Two parking passes will be provided for the condo parking lot. One Northstar Property Owner Association (NPOA) pass will be provided for the recreation center access.
The recreation center facilities include swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts, gym, game room and so on. Guest can access all the facilities with $10/person/day fee.
