The apartment is located in a new, modern apartment complex in the highly sought after neighborhood of Arcadia. It features two bedrooms along with two bathrooms. The complex has a heated/chilled pool for year round use, an upgraded fitness center, secured underground parking, and close proximity to restaurants/bars. This unit features unmatched views of Camelback Mountain and lots of natural light. Centrally located between Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and a short drive to check out spring training or the Phoenix Open.

Our desert-inspired apartment has been thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of Arizona, while providing all modern conveniences. Enjoy a movie online with our high-speed internet or unplug and gather around our table with numerous gaming options from our stocked game cart. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, a stocked Keurig station for your coffee needs, and a TV with streaming capabilities. Accommodating up to 4 guests, our home offers two queen-sized beds.

The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, stove/oven, microwave, and a Keurig machine. All pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery provided. The fridge has filtered water and ice for your enjoyment. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer, along with laundry pods and fabric softener for your stay.

If you need parking options, we have 1 parking space in a fully secured underground garage. There is guest parking located on the surface level of the complex. The complex is in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and bars.

You will have full access to the entire unit plus all of the amenities offered at the apartment complex. Access will be provided through the app, Stratis, a few days upon arrival. Key fobs will also be available.
