There is dining space for everyone, with seating for 6-8 at the table adjacent to the family room, the kitchen table accommodates 4 and there are 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
The kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, large refrigerator and granite countertops is conveniently situated close to the family room and the back deck. A traditional coffee maker, ample dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee mugs, cookware, four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster are also provided.
Also, on main floor, there is a half bath and full laundry room. This executive home is perfect for hosting small groups or family gatherings.
Moving outdoors, there is a fenced-in backyard that provides privacy and serenity. A door in the family room leads out to a cozy deck with comfy seating. The backyard is a splendid oasis, peaceful, and lovely. There is also a barbecue grill available for your use.
When you are ready for some rest, head inside to the sleeping quarters.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom equipped with a twin bed. There is also a desk in this bedroom that serves as a great workspace, if needed.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an Amazing Game Room.
The master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom is equipped with a king bed, walk in closet and television. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub, stand up shower and large vanity with dual sinks.
The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed. The third bedrrom has two twin beds.
There is also a an additional twin air mattress available.
The second upstairs bathroom includes a single vanity and a combination bathtub/shower.
The phenomenal game room is full of Fun Fun Fun!
You will find comfortable furniture and a 75 inch flat-screen televison. There is also a bumper pool table, a foosball table, and two arcade games, not to mention the Fridge/Wine Cooler located below the TV.
