Our home caters perfectly for multi-family gatherings or groups of friends coming to make lifelong memories in the Mt. Washington valley together. Our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is spacious and has had some serious renovations over the past couple of years. The open concept living/kitchen area is set up perfectly for gathering after a long day of adventure!

Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with warm and inviting decor that will make you feel right at home. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes, with comfortable seating and a large screen TV for your entertainment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog, you must have them approved first by messaging us and then, you must add them to your reservation. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be automatically added to your reservation when you add your dog. Cats are strictly prohibited.
ESA's are not exempt from the additional cleaning fee.

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family (does not count for children). This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
