Hop on the complimentary tram or golf cart for an easy 10 minute jaunt to Miramar Beach. Enjoy the amenities of the resort which includes 2 pools, gated security, tranquil walking and bike paths and access to Baytown Wharf. Catch and release fishing is allowed in most of the lakes and ponds at the Resort.

Our 2 bedroom villa features king and queen sized beds, plus a luxury inflatable queen mattress with a built-in pump that inflates in minutes. We have 2 full bathrooms, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 3 SmartTVs, Satellite & WiFi. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy an evening in with a seafood feast, a good book or a movie or head just around the corner for dinner at Tommy Bahamas or one of the many fantastic restaurants on Grand Boulevard. Be sure to pick up the delicious key-lime pie at Publix grocery store, just a short drive away

In minutes you can be at the Baytowne Marina where exciting watersports await. Take out a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or wave runner where you can explore the waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The marina’s restaurant and bar are right at the water’s edge of the bay where you’ll also enjoy the nightlife and fun events including outdoor movies, music, fireworks and other great entertainment.
