Featuring an impressive 30 windows and doors with peek-a-boo views of the lake from every angle, fresh fragrant scents from the many pines towering the property, sounds of whispering wind in the treetops and sun drenched decks to enjoy morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails, this coveted spot awakens your senses and grounds your being. Great Room-At the heart of this impressive space is a chalet style, 360 degree, wood-burning fireplace, capturing the era of the Tahoe Winter Olympics. This vast room also features two large sectional sofas, a big screen TV, a Sonos surround sound speaker system, and a substantial mahogany dining table with two leaves and seating for up to 10 people, perfect for all types of games.
Bedrooms-All three bedrooms, in keeping with the architectural style, are located on the lower level. Each has extremely comfortable mattresses and offers linens for all sleep types. Fine flannel, crisp cotton, or breathable bamboo sheets are provided for all beds. The two rear bedrooms have direct exterior door access to the lower deck and hot tub. The third front bedroom is a mini master, featuring an attached 1/2 bath.
Rejuventate in the seven person sparkling salt water hot tub. Enjoy BBQing on the Weber grill, sitting by the fire pit under the stars, lounging on the multi-level decks, or playing ping pong, basketball, darts, or corn hole on the naturally landscaped property.
Location-Less than a 10 minute walk to the pristine waters of Lake Tahoe and the local pet-friendly Carnelian Bay Beach, our cabin allows you to easily indulge in water sports. Rent and launch a kayak at Waterman's landing (easy walking distance), enjoy leisurely walks at the dog friendly beach, play mini putt putt at Lake Tahoe's best three course facility. In summer, we provide complimentary access to kayak, stand-up paddleboards, beach umbrellas and towels, allowing you to enjoy the famous blue waters on the sand or on the lake.

Pet-friendly-Both upper decks, off of expansive great room, are fully enclosed, allowing your pup to venture outside safely. Throughout the yard, there are pet hooks strategically placed around trees and deck posts, allowing you to comfortably secure your pup and to allow him/her freedom to safely roam anywhere on the site.

Other things to note-
This property is privately owned; owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premise. Additionally, home owners are not responsible for any personal belongings or valuables of guests.
During the winter, streets are plowed regularly for snow. Because of the plows, street parking is not permitted; please park all vehicles in our driveway. Note that our driveway is cleared after 4" of snow accumulation. When visiting the area in winter, please be prepared with snow tires, chains and/or all wheel drive. Even though the road to our place is largely level and the cabin sits on a large level lot, snow accumulation can be extreme. If you get snowed in, of course, just stay in the cabin to be safe.
Please note that there are security cameras on the front and back decks. We disarm them once guests arrive.
