Welcome to our Olde Town Arvada cozy, artsy, centrally located home where a vibrant atmosphere and comfort await you. Our home is filled with colorful artwork and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The dining room table can accommodate up to 8 guests, making it the perfect spot for a meal with friends or family. Grab one of the fun board games and gather around the table and play a game.
Save money and cook at home in our fully stocked kitchen. Spice up your meal with the spice rack. We also have kids plates and a high chair for the little ones. The Keurig is ready to brew a cup of coffee with a variety of flavors to choose from. We also have creamers and sugar to sweeten it up.
The master bedroom is bright and colorful, featuring a comfortable queen size bed, TV, long mirror, and a vanity for your convenience. The second bedroom is equally artsy, with a cozy queen size bed, nightstands, and a vanity.
The large kids' bedroom is equipped with four twin bunk beds and a futon couch, vanity, and a small desk. We have also provided a TV, a variety of board games, books and toys for the kids to enjoy.
Our vibrant backyard is fully fenced, making it a safe space for your family and pets. There are a variety of outdoor games, a grill for cooking, and outdoor furniture for your comfort. You can also enjoy the fire pit on those cool evenings and catch up with family and friends.
A short stroll brings you into Olde Town Arvada, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and various activities. Many restaurants offer pet-friendly patios, and the town center hosts farmers markets and family events. The Ralston Creek Bike path is also accessible from Olde Town Arvada and runs along the Colorado River. Bikes are available for your use the property. Please practice safety when venturing out on the bikes.
The light rail stops in Olde Town Arvada, providing easy access to downtown Denver. You can catch a sporting event, enjoy a meal at a great restaurant, or even head to the airport from Union Station.
Our home is centrally located, making it easy to reach various tourist attractions in the Denver area. A short drive West will take you to the iconic Red Rocks, while a drive East will take you to various sporting events, downtown Denver and a wide variety of tourist attractions(Please refer to my guest book for some of our favorite spots). If you're feeling adventurous, you can even head to the mountains for some skiing or snowboarding.
The grocery store and a Super Walmart is within a mile of the house making it super easy to stock up on anything you need for your stay.
