The private, stand alone bungalow is a two bedroom, one bathroom with a fenced patio is perfect for an Austin stay in a sweet neighborhood but close to downtown.

The house is absolutely exquisite. New kitchen, furnishings are lovely, and we are attentive to details that make staying away from home comfortable.

What is the parking situation?
Guest parking is on the street. The owner will sometimes have a car in the driveway.

Are baby supplies available?
Let us know if you need a pack n play, high chair, or bassinet. We can have them waiting for you.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There are few steps up to the house. The house is one level and the doorways regular side.

What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)?
Coffee: Cenote, Flat Track Coffee, Freewheelin Coffee
Restaurants: Lou's, Oseyo, Emmer and Rye
Bars: Rainey St., Drinks Lounge, Violet Crown Social Club

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. If there are problems with the lock, we can direct you to a physical key.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner.

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!

-Please don't flush wipes of any kind, paper towels, sanitary products etc. Repair fees for system clogs will be charged to the guests.
-No smoking inside. If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
