Extremely Disappointed
The house was as advertised. However, the property management left a lot to be desired! To start with, the key lock on the front door was not programed for the entry code we had been given. Fortunately, the back door had been left unlocked, so we were able to gain access. Before the management would reenter the door code, they requested that we send them a video of us pushing the buttons on the lock. Obviously, they questioned our ability to push the buttons correctly. It was only after we sent the video that they corrected the door code. No one from the management team ever came to see us, even though we stayed at the property for four weeks. This was only the beginning. The list is too long to go into detail but briefly: 1) The entire house needed a deep clean. 2) there was dried food on both the dining room and kitchen tables. 3) The floors were dirty and sticky. It took five days to get the cleaning crew there and we were told to just wear our shoes until then. 4) There were no cleaning supplies in the house. After three days we went out and bought a broom so we could at least sweep the floors while we waited for them to be cleaned. 5) The area rug in the living room had a lot of material that would have taken months to accumulate. 6) Under the couch we also found a pair of shorts, a comb, snacks (candy, peanuts, popcorn, etc.) 7) In the four bathrooms, there were six (6) burnt out light bulbs. 8)We were short, towels, washrags, sheets, garbage bags, paper product
