Welcome to our modern and spacious home!

Located just minutes from the airport and the strip, you'll have easy access to all the excitement Las Vegas has to offer, yet enjoy a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, our home is solar-powered, making your stay eco-friendly.

Enjoy the wide, open floor plan of our living room, complete with ample seating and a cozy fireplace.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals.

Step outside into our massive rear yard, dive into the oversized swimming pool, relax by the firepit, or unwind on the spacious porch.

The pool is available year-round but does not have a heater, so it will be chilly during the coldest winter months.

Please note there is a hot tub in the property but it is NOT usable.

My 40th Birthday

We had a great time at this property. They communicated great and answered questions quickly. We loved the size of the pool and the diving board. We spent a lot of time in it and enjoying it. We had 8 people staying at the house and we asked if it was an issue to have 2 visit during the day. They had no issue with it and let us enjoy my 40th birthday with close friends and family. I would recommend this house and we would stay here again.
