Welcome to Napili Shores E144, a charming ground floor condo that embodies the quintessential Hawaiiana vibes, making it the perfect retreat for up to 5 guests. This cozy and inviting one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers a serene escape with lush garden views right from your private lanai, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.

The spacious living area is thoughtfully designed to accommodate additional guests comfortably, featuring a queen sofa bed and a twin sofa bed. The living room opens up to the lanai, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful garden views from the comfort of your home away from home. To ensure your utmost comfort, both the living room and the master bedroom are equipped with split air conditioning, allowing you to maintain the perfect temperature throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy cooking, providing all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out to explore or a gourmet dinner to enjoy on the lanai, the kitchen is ready for any culinary adventure.

As you step into the master bedroom, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed that promises a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is designed with convenience in mind, featuring a walk-in shower and ample vanity storage space, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the highlights of Napili Shores E144 is its prime location within the resort. Being on the ground floor, you're just a short stroll away from the resort pool, making it easy to take a refreshing dip at any time. The lush, well-maintained gardens surrounding the property add to the tropical ambiance, enhancing your overall experience.

Napili Shores is an oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui. Aside from the beautiful lush green landscaping, Napili Shores also offers all the amenities you need to enjoy your Maui vacation. Napili Shores features a heated oceanfront pool and hot tub, another outdoor pool and BBQ grills with picnic areas. Please note Napili Shores does not have elevators.

Note: Napili Shores charges a one time $75 facility fee. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival, this fee is NOT associated with My Perfect Stays.

My Perfect Stays will provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler as well as a complementary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap as well as a starter kit of essentials.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Complimentary concierge is available to all our guests!

We love Napili

Been coming to Napili Shores condos for over a decade. This condo specifically met all my expectations. Clean, good AC unit, all the amenities. Would definitely recommend. Just a quick walk to the beach and my kids LOVED how close we were to the pool.

Pleasant stay in a great location

While not as upmarket as some accommodation in the area (which is quite upmarket indeed!), we were more than happy here. The condo has all you need and offers direct beach access, whale watching, food options, pools, laundry and more, all on site. Great value in this beautiful part of west Maui.

Great stay!!

We have stayed at the Napili Shores property for several years but this was the first visit to this particular unit. Overall, our stay was great. The owner did a fabulous job of decorating and appointing the unit and the kitchen had everything possible that a visitor could ask for!! Communications with the owner were superior and we hope to return next year.

Nice suite in a lovely older Hawaiian resort

The suite was very nice, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee. The hedge between the pool and the suite made a nice privacy screen.

Beautiful Napili location and condo

Very prompt communication with owners. Nicely updated ground floor unit, steps from pool, hot tub and grills. Beautiful grounds and good restaurants. Complete kitchen set up. 2 AC units, in both living room and bedroom. If you're not an early riser, you cannot avoid street/parking lot noise. Pack your earplugs

Maui Apartment

The apartment was very nice and the location was too. Beautiful resort. Easy access to the beach. On the negative side Solar panels were being installed on the roof, and it was very noisy. Not a peaceful quiet day. The people above me got the worst of it, they were friends of mine, and basically we could not be in the apartment during the day.

Perfect little spot for family of 4

Loved our stay in Napili! Having two separate pull outs was WONDERFUL for my kids, plus the bedroom for my husband and I. Condo has been recently renovated and is beautiful, kitchen was well stocked, and there were tons of pool/beach supplies! Needed to get in touch with owners about something early in the trip and they were super responsive. Would definitely stay again if it’s available.

Great condo!

We love Napili Shores! This condo is well set up, with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy. This unit has a lanai that is very private; it’s tucked away near the back pool. We did hear quite a bit of pool noise, but it was just happy people enjoying themselves and it didn’t bother us. We hope to return next year!

Low key retreat

Location, location, location! We snorkeled in two beautiful bays and enjoyed comforts of a small, well-maintained resort. Our condo had everything we needed to cook simple meals and relax. The owners were easy to work with as was the on-site management.The landscaping of the grounds is beautiful and the two pools are immaculate.

Great price and location

You can’t beat Napili Shores, the location is the best. You are minutes from the best snorkeling, tide pools and the best beach in the island. We look forward to staying here again. This condo was great for us, the kids could play in the pool while we got meals ready and they had a huge lawn to run on. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we could possibly need and was nice and clean.

Lovely vacation for family

Napili Shores is ideal for vacationing with family and close to two wonderful beaches. The condo was very comfortable, clean and air conditioned. The proximity to the pool was a plus for us traveling with kids and the pool and beach toys provided were a real bonus. The accessibility and responsiveness of the hosts was fantastic. Don’t hesitate to book this property, we had the most enjoyable and convenient vacation there.

Only issues were that we were told the room was clean and they allowed us to check in but it had not been fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the beds or towels. We also had to call to get beach towels and there was not enough shampoo and soap for the week. Overall the place was nice and what we expected though

Property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Could not contact cleaning company until the next day. However, owner was very apologetic, and cleaning company came the next day. If the get the kinks worked out, this will be a good place to stay.

Ideal vacation getaway to Maui!!

This was the perfect location for our family trip to Maui! It had all the kitchen tools we needed so we were able to cook at home and enjoy the complex as much as possible. We had two kids so being right next to the pool was ideal for us. There is a very short walk to a wonderful beach and having boogey boards and beach chairs provided was super helpful. Check in procedures were easy and unit was clean and well cared for. Thank you Linda and Scott!!
