This is not your typical rental unit with cheap kitchen supplies. At Peak, the kitchen is stocked with good quality pots and pans, baking sheets, cutlery and cooking knives, cutting boards, meal prep containers, select spices, a blender, cleaning supplies, and much more. The fully stocked coffee bar with regular and decaf coffee, tea, and sweeteners will help you get a great start to your day.

Nestled in the heart of South Calgary, Peak is located within the Seton neighbourhood, boasting vast outdoor amenity areas throughout its 75 acres of designated parkland, including sports fields, skatepark, fitcore extreme park, basketball court, and Elsa’s Tower playground for the little ones.

Peak is steps away from South Health Campus Hospital, Canada’s largest YMCA, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Catching a show or game downtown? Peak is 25 minutes from the Saddledome. Heading to the mountains? Banff is 1 hour and 40 minutes away. Looking to Golf? Several courses, including Heritage Pointe and Blue Devil, are located within 20 minutes of Peak.
