Welcome to our luxurious 7-bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom House located in the beautiful Windsor Island Resort. With its private pool, Spa, outdoor dining area, and even an outdoor TV, this vacation home offers the perfect combination of comfort and entertainment.

As you enter the House, you'll be greeted by a spacious and modern living room, designed with an open floor plan that seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with both a traditional and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room provides a relaxing space for you and your guests to unwind after a day of exploring all that the area has to offer.

The main Bedroom 1 is beautifully decorated and features a spacious ensuite with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Each of the other six bedrooms offers its own unique style and amenities, including king-size bed, smart TVs, and private bathrooms with showers.

Moving upstairs, you'll find a loft area complete with a smart TV, Sofa, Ping Pong table, Air hockey table and Foosball Table, Arcade and Game Console in a thematic Mickey and Minnie Movie Star Decor providing endless entertainment options for both kids and adults alike.

Bedroom 2 is designed with Minions theme, featuring a bunk bed with a double and a single bed, and trundle twin bed.

Bedroom 3 captures the essence of Disney magic with its Beauty and the Beast décor and 2Twin beds. These fun and themed bedrooms are sure to delight younger guests also a Share Bathroom with Bedroom 4 Classic Decor with a Queen Size bed

Windsor Island Resort  is a brand-new gated community with first class amenities and is located very close to Walt Disney World and major attractions, shopping and restaurants.
This luxury resort has a huge clubhouse with many entertainments for your vacation, including a large zero-entry resort style swimming pool, lazy river, double waterslide, children’s water park, spa/hot tub, bar, cabanas, fitness center, game room, mini-golf course, cornhole court, sand volleyball court, basketball court, café and ice-cream shop and much more!
You and your family will be thrilled and entertained and will not want to leave this amazing resort! Everyone will enjoy the stay!

We would like to inform the Resort's updated parking regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Each property is allowed a maximum of 4 or 5 vehicles, depending on the lot size. Please check your specific property's limit upon arrival.

Important Points to Remember:
These vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors they might have. Once the vehicle limit is reached per property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in the resort.
Example:
If a guest is staying from June 1st to 10th and has registered 4 cars for their home (and this is the limit for it), no other vehicle will be allowed for that property. This rule remains in effect even if a registered guest vehicle leaves early.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
• For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*** Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it is included one propane tank and final cleaning – If the house has one, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

*** Pool / Spa Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay – If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.

*** Please, note the Spa is not a jacuzzi or hot tub. The pool and the spa will be heated at same temperature if the heat is turned on.
