This home is centrally located by an abundance of tourist attractions including beaches, historical sites, parks, museums, golf courses, shopping and so much more. There is something for everyone! This relaxing home is very close to the Intracoastal Waterway on a quiet, upscale residential street. Enjoy your coffee on the covered front porch in the morning, out back under the Tiki Hut, or even in the outdoor lounge area. We are also pet friendly and welcome your pups.

Walking up to our home, you will be greeted with a covered front porch with chairs, table and a cushioned couch. Perfect for those rainy days or just relaxing.

The entryway of the home will lead you into the living room on the right or down the hall to the kitchen straight ahead. Perfect for bringing in groceries. There is also a coat closet to store any extra items or even empty suitcases.

Living Room:
The living room has a large sectional couch, large screen HD smart TV with Roku live. Amazon Prime video, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu, Max and Netflix available to login-in and stream your favorite shows and movies.

Kitchen:
The renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pot and pans and pretty much all essentials you can think of needed to cook or bake, even including some spices. The kitchen offers a microwave, drip coffee machine or Keurig machine for use, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with icemaker, granite countertops/breakfast bar with seating for four – 2 high barstools and two low barstools and plenty of space to prepare your favorite meal. Separate large pantry to store your groceries and keep the countertop space open.

Dining Room:
The dining room provides a large table with seating for up to 10 with an overhead fan and extra dinnerware/silverware in the hutch. Perfect for those busy days out when you want to bring the whole family together for dinner.

Bedroom #1 is considered the master bedroom and is on the right side of the home. It comes with a king bed, overhead fan, tons of dresser storage for your clothes, a large screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies or shows and a large walk-in closet with hangers, shelving for storage, and includes an iron and ironing board.

Bedroom #2 is on the left side of the home and offers a king bed, overhead fan, smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows, dresser storage and closet space with hangers and shelving.

Bedroom #3 is on the left side of the home and offers a queen bed, overhead fan, smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows, nightstand storage and beautiful pool views with access to the backyard.

Bedroom #4 is on the left side of the home and offers two bunk beds to sleep a total of four people in this room. It comes with an overhead fan, smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows, closet space with hangers and shelving and nightstand storage.

Bathroom #1 is on the right side of the home in the master bedroom. It offers a large stand up shower, double sink vanity with plenty of storage, ample towels, blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and body wash included.

Bathroom #2 is on the left side of the home. It offers a full shower/bathtub, vanity, ample towels, blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and body wash included.

The oversized sunroom is a beautiful space with a lot of natural light. It offers two overhead fans, couch and two chairs, desk overlooking the tropical backyard and a Bose radio system. Board games, books and cards also provided in this space.

Laundry Room:
Full front load washer and dryer for use during your stay along with a high chair and pack n play if needed. The garage provides an additional full size refrigerator to use for extra food and beverage items. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, sand toys and boogie boards provided for beach fun!

Outdoor Area:
Step outside into your own tropical paradise. This home's backyard was designed to entertain. After a busy day at the beach, shopping and running around, this place offers you the perfect private oasis. The extra large lot with lush tropical landscaping and palm trees is fully fenced. There is seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table along with an additional table with 5 seats in the lounge area. This place is perfect for grilling out, while watching your guests swim in the beautiful heated pool or relaxing on one of the four sun loungers. The patio area does get shaded in the afternoon as well, making a perfect place to escape after a long day out in the sun.
You won’t forget the Tiki Hut! One of the all time favorite spots if you want that beach vibe feeling to unwind while enjoying those ocean breezes. The Tiki Hut has a cushioned couch, outdoor fan, hammock and outdoor lighting.
