This inviting three-bedroom, 2-bath town home in West Lucaya Village Resort features a king master suite and 2 further bedrooms whit two full beds each room. Home will accommodate 10 guests. With over 1,300 square feet of living space, you’ll be able to really enjoy your vacation without being in a cramped hotel. All of the bedrooms offer a 32” LCD TV/DVD, dresser and closet. We offer living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Comfortable three-bedroom townhome located in the Lucaya condominium. Equipped with a master suite with king bed plus two bedrooms with two queen beds each bedroom. Excellent location near the Disney parks and right next to 192, where there is a large concentration of shops and a huge amount of restaurants.

• Strictly No Smoking, Events or Parties. Additional charges of $250 will be assessed if evidence of smoking or Party is found

• Due to Pandemic we stopped offering washcloths for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Starter Kit for your arrival:
All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper tower, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom

Housekeeping:
Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered, and that daily housekeeping services is not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guests responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Thank you in advance for treating our placer the way you would treat your own home!

Food and Condiments:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.
