Windsor at Westside is located in the Kissimmee area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Windsor at Westside features resort amenities such as a 10,000 sq. ft clubhouse, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop and video arcade.

• No Smoking, Events, or Parties. Additional charges of $250 will apply if there is evidence of smoking or partying

• Grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we will provide it.

• Allowed One Pet with up to 25Lbs, above one please contact us. We are happy if guests bring their pets by prior arrangement. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not permitted on furniture or beds. Substantial extra costs will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.

• Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll call (8-12h to heat up). Please note that the pool heater operates via HEAT EXCHANGE and may not operate in near-freezing temperatures. Pool heating is an optional amenity offered at most available properties. it will turn on and set to 90ºF - 93ºF. Please be aware that pool heating service paid after 4 pm will be activated the following day and that the pool may take 8-12 hours to reach the set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents the element from overheating when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This causes a temporary shutdown of services automatically until the pump recovers its efficient functioning. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

• Due to the Pandemic we no longer offer sanitary towels, if you need them for your stay, please bring yours. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Kit for your arrival:
For the convenience of our guests, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo/hand soap, and dishwasher pods to help our guests get settled. Due to personal preference and allergy concerns, laundry detergent is not provided. We do our best to stock/equip our kitchen based on popular demand, but please stop by the nearest grocery store (Super Walmart is a 5-minute drive away) to collect any additional personal/household hygiene items you may need during your stay. .

Cleaning service:
Please note that this holiday home is self-catering/catering and daily cleaning services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized before each check-in, and it is the guests' responsibility to maintain the property during their stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Thanks in advance for treating our home the way you would treat your own home!

Food and Condiments:
Per Florida law, we cannot leave open products in refrigerators or kitchen/pantry cabinets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out and no supplies of these items will be provided.
