Please refer to Guest Book. 1) NO SMOKING, 2) No Pets (unless agreed by host), 3) Max Occupancy 6 overnight guests ($5,000 fine for breaking the City's Max Occupancy Rules), 4) No Parties, 5) Quiet Hours 10pm-8am, 6) Please take trash out of the house and put it in the trash cans in the garage. Trash pick up is first thing on Monday morning. On Sunday evening, please put the trash and recycling containers on the curb. On Monday, please return the containers back to the garage. The HOA will fine you $100, if the trash cans are left out. **PLEASE NOTE: if trash day falls on a holiday, trash will be picked up on Tuesday. Please & thank you!
