Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft neben dem weltberühmten Hotel Punta Roca, das für seine sanfte Atmosphäre und ausgezeichnete Meeresfrüchte und Bar bekannt ist.
Es ist etwas mehr als dreißig Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und ist ca. 40 Minuten nach San Salvador.

The stay was incredible! The property was so nice. The location was perfect. It was in the beach with restaurants and grocery store nearby. Sergio, Sandra and family were fabulous. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect beach spot for chilling

When you think of a charming, rustic but comfortable beach house, think of this one. The property is private with a delightful, clean pool. The downstairs kitchen/dining area faces the ocean with full on waves and ocean breezes as you dine. Fun little bar too for those margarita moments. Love the fact that the living quarters are upstairs overlooking the beach and ocean. We were greeted by a whale splashing in the distance! Hello whale! Lovely balcony up top for hammock relaxing and surfer watching. Far enough from La Libertad to be a nice, quiet, clean beach but close enough for groceries, restaurants etc. We visited a number of beaches along the coast and loved our little slice the best. Caretakers Sandra and Sergio where there for us when we needed them and not when we didn't. Consider bringing in massage therapist and neighbor Linda. She brought her table and set up facing the ocean in the dining area. It was pretty darn glorious.

Una verdadera joya de mar.

My family enjoy every hour at this cozy house. The front beach view is what I love it. My son was swimming. You can also go for a nice surfing time if you like. Everything's was a 5 min distance (market, restaurant. Gas dtation, e tc)

Better than depicted in the photos!

Beautiful location that would be fun for a large group. Beach at the area isn’t great for swimming, but there is a small pool. A couple of restaurants are nearby.

Amazing

The property was amazing the view is gorgeous and it was nice sleeping to the waves crashing. The house keepers were very attentive and respect your privacy. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Loved it!

This property was amazing! The rooms have great A/C, the beds are comfy and the view is beautiful. The caretakers were super helpful, but not intrusive at all. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

Awesome Beach House Experience

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it is always excellent. The house is clean, love the layout, love that rooms have A/C. Caretakers are extremely nice and helpful. Had Sandra cook for us a couple of times and she helped with laundry also which was a plus. The beach was beautiful. Pool and grounds were well maintained. The two gas stations/convenience stores just walking distance from the house was extremely convenient. There is a restaurant just a couple houses from the house Netos that had some awesome food. Overall extremely happy with this property and will keep coming back on our future trips.

Beach Vacation

Place was welcoming and enjoyed the beach access and the pool. Place was safe and had restaurants nearby that were delicious. Would stay again in Playa Cocal.

If you are looking for beach this is not your place it has TOOOOOO MANY ROCKS CANT GO IN WITHOUT GETTING HURT!!! but the ranch has a nice pool Sergio is very helpful the restaurant’s food is ok overall is a very nice ranch to see the waves and spent some peaceful time.

relaxing place to vacation

The property is beautiful. we enjoyed the pool and the ocean. The best part for me was the upstairs deck overlooking the ocean- there were chairs and a hamick to sit and listen to the waves. we could also watch the surf boarders do their thing from the deck. It was a litte treaterous getting down to the beach due to all the rocks.

Wonderful time and place

This is a two story (fully stocked) house with ample space RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BEACH. When we say "in front" of the beach, we mean 2 steps away from the house patio to the actual sand on the edge of the beach. It may not be fancy but it is kept in a very clean and organized condition but still with the warmth of HOME. Bedrooms have good air conditioning and excellent strong fans in the high ceilings for the livingroom. The house keeper- YOU WON'T SEE HIM OR HAVE CONTACT WITH HIM UNLESS YOU CALL FOR HIM; Sergio is a very responsible guy who helps with anything you need. He made our stay "problem free" since he knows everything and everyone in the area. We had all the happy times anyone could ever have in this beautiful and comfortable house. We will definitely recommend and return. We had an unforgetable/ wonderful time!

Great place for surfers

We stayed at this property from the 10 through 11 of Dec.. The place has a beautiful view right in front of the beach. It sleeps 6, great floor plan, a hotel next to it to enjoy a meal or some drinks. We sure enjoyed our time there , but I can say that if you are looking for a sandy shore, this is not the place for you. Is all rock and the beach is a bit wild if you want to swim. The place was fairly clean, but it could had been cleaner, lack of sufficient toilet paper, the host couple could smile a bit., they did their job but not very friendly. I know people in El Salvador go beyond to help you but didn't see it on this couple.

Very relaxing and a place to have family time together.

If you are looking for an amazing place by the beach which has that ocean breeze and sound of the waves, this is the place. The place may not be like those fancy places with extravagant couches, chairs, beds, tables, kitchens, and hight rates. However is calm, has a swimming pool, the beach is just about 100 feet. Has a lot of rocks to help from the water of the beach reaching the place. When the tide is low you can carefully walk through the rocks and enjoy yourself on the beach. If you are not into walking in rocks, you can drive 5 to 10 minutes and the beach is much better to access to it. The only thing a lot of people go there of course. I will be honest walking on the rocks is not a picnic, you must be careful because if you fall you are going to get hurt. I can tell you during the day and just before got dark going out and coming back had no issues. However at night is very quiet in the area and lonely. Good thing family members over there use their car to drive us and did most of the activities during the day. This location is very safe inside. At night you have to be very carefull. The caretaker at night locks the door and windows to the beach. You can ask him anything you need and he is very helpful. He is always making sure you are well taking care of. There are people that sell bread in the morning, and other items. You can tell the caretaker to let you know when they pass by or can get the items for you. I had a good time and would stay there again guarantee. I slept like a baby with the sound of the ocean. The place is very clean. There is no tv there. I did not needed which was good for relaxation and spending more time with the family. The internet is very fast which is good if you have your smartphone, labtop, or tablet, etc. The supermarkets are about 15 to 20 minutes in car and restaurants about the same time or less, depending were you want to go. In behalf o my family thank you for allowed us to stay at this location. To the caretaker Mr. Sergio thank you for attending to my families needs during the stay. Also I enjoy the cocunut water. To the owner Mr. Monty thank you as well, if God permits will look forward to coming to your place again in the near future. God bless.

The property caretakers Sergio and Sandra are so friendly and helpful in anything you need help with. clean beautiful ranch. love the fact that their is A.C. in the rooms. pool and property is always clean. close to shopping and various restaurants that serve delicious food!!
