Best rental ever!!

There was so much right about this rental. The security and safety was above and beyond. We were so comfortable and at ease with the pool because of the extra security fence. There was nothing that we needed for our stay that wasn't there. The house was so well decorated and homey feeling. Communication with support staff was excellent. I probably won't go back to that specific area but all my vacations will be with VRBO from now on.

The home was spacious,but needs to be updated. Washer did not work one of the twin beds needs the mattress replaced due to so much urine smell.

It was AMAZING

This was our second time renting this home and it won't be our last. They home was large enough to accommodate my family and friends that visited for dinner. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. If I had one complaint it would be that they can use a few more pots and pans but we made it work. They recently built a Publix nearby so that was amazingly convenient. We are extremely happy with this property.

Beautiful Property

This is the second year in a row we’ve rented this house. It’s perfect for my family. The pool was clean and warm, the house big enough for my family of 4, and feels very warm and inviting. Having the alarm system on the house gave us peace of mind at night. Neighbors were quiet for the most part. Definitely recommend staying here!

The property was spacious enough to accommodate my family comfortably. We paid extra to have the pool heated and were glad we did. The location of the home to restaurants, shopping and Universal Studios was manageable even with heavy traffic but quite long to the beach.

This property had lots of space and was very clean. There were some things that really need to be updated. The bedding in every room looks very run down. The carpet looks dingy and the bathroom floor rugs really need to be replaced. There were only 3 washcloths in the whole house that we could find. So an update with linen would be nice. If you get the heated pool understand that if the temp goes below 55 then it kicks the heater off. I think if we had known this on the front end we wouldn’t have paid extra to have it. The location is residential and the streets are very narrow with lots of cars in the street. None of this was a deal breaker for us but we didn’t spend much time there when we weren’t at the park. It is close to Disney parks but there is a lot of construction on the road. If the bedding and linen were in better condition and the flooring was updated I would consider staying here again.

The house was great!! it could have been cleaner. Sides of beds with twin beds had a lot trash

We had a wonderful time. We would come back to this house. The house could have been cleaner then it was. Base boards were all dirty with dirt as well as the ceiling fans. But all in all my family enjoyed the house. Both problems with neighbor just had a wonderful time. One thing I think it's silly to charge for a gas grill it should just be included.thanks for the wonderful time

Great place with lots of space

My wife and I loved this house with our two small kids. Everything worked as it should and the heated pool option was awesome.We enjoyed many night time swims and it was very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and everything was clean. The only bad I noticed was maybe the carpet is due for replacement upstairs in the common area. The game room needs updated games that actually work. The neighbor has was too many vehicles and parks them all over the street making it a little tight to access the driveway but it’s doable .I didn’t have any problem.. It’s a timely trip to Disney and seaworld from the house because of traffic. A should be 15 min drive takes 40 min. We left beind some pool toys for the kids in the laundry room for the next guests. We would definitely rent this house again.

The brass tacks

To start it desperately needs paint and a steam clean. House looks like it was riden hard and put away wet. It really makes the place look dirty. However no bugs beds where clean. The game room is actually a game garage and it's hot as hell and the air hockey doesn't work. Seems like the house is filled with crap from a flea market. Stove and fridge are crap ice maker doesn't work Parking is a nightmare in this neighborhood beware!! 2 tiny spots then you have to fight for street parking or try not to back into someone. Location is great everything you need is close by. Has some great dining options. All and all we paid about 200 a night for a 4 bedroom house if it was more I'd be pissed but I feel i got exactly what I paid for

We didn't call this a Vacation

The information was received in a timely manner for check-in. We promptly called the company in charge of renting the house that is in this picture the day after we arrived, we discovered that two of the five rooms, including the master bedroom, had bedbugs. We found that the person who was cutting the grass at that time where we were staying was the property manager. We immediately showed him the damaged rooms and the damage to our little grandson's face, as well as bites around my daughter's body. The first-floor bathroom was also unusable. The manager informed us that anything like this had never happened before and that we would be relocated to houses that have one room less, but with the pool heater included. We didn't have an option but to accept because we'd already lost most of the day. When we moved in, we discovered that the house had several defects, including the entrance door frame that had deteriorated due to termites or ants, also a bees nest in the entrance, a damaged sliding doors and screens that were difficult to access the patio with the pool, we found out that it wasn’t only one less room also no porch at all, and the water in the pool was cold. I contacted the property management about the heated water because the water is still cold at night and he mentioned that we need to give 48 hours to feel the water warm the 3rd day of our stay?? and we were informed that we would be compensated for what we went thru on the previous property. However, the pool was always cold at night and we discovered cockroaches in the master bathroom in the last two days of our stay. We have attempted to contact them on different occasions regarding the compensation that I haven't yet received, but no one has responded or returned our calls. Very disappointed

It was something light

The property was what was expected it was clean it was nice the neighborhood was quiet what we didn't like was the plumbing service one of the toilets would not flush. gecko's and bugs were getting in through under the front door the AC could not be turned down under 75ﾟF the pool had no toys at all you could not grill next to the house you had to be out in the yard The furniture was dirty and needed to be clean and washed. Also the bushes and the grass needed to be trimmed out in the front yard they were overgrown and very hard to walk pass but overall experience was pretty good it was very big and spacious really no problems with the management I would stay there again

Comfortable stay

Everything was exactly as listed. My family and I had an awesome time. Everyone had so much fun, definitely felt like home & had everything we needed. We got a lot done out there & we can’t wait to visit again. The pool was also amazing !!!!!

Horrible

We have roaches, ants all over the house . I stayed for 5 days and spent over $200 worth of groceries. Wake up in the morning and saw my food was infested. I called the office , manager they said they will call me back never heard from them.

Family vacation

The house was a perfect size for our group. The highlight of the trip was the pool. We had a memorable experience. The only issue we had was with the wifi, the service was slow. If I may, I do suggest upgrading some of the furniture, such as the bar stool and computer chair. I suggest to renters paying for the heater if you want to swim at night. Overall, this was memorable experience and I would rent again.

The property was clean and ready at 4pm. We arrived there earlier, around 3:40pm but have to comeback. We didn’t use the pool much because of the weather. It was a comfortable place to stay and relax.
