Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Gulf Terrace gated community. Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably, this is a remodeled 2-bedroom 1-bath layout with spacious living area with a full kitchen.

This is not beachfront, but it is 3/4 of a mile from the nearest beach. This is a comfortable budget-friendly unit and the buildings were built in the 70's so some blemishes may show on the building exterior so it may not be a good fit for everyone.

As you enter our condo with keyless entry, you will immediately walk into an open concept living room, breakfast-bar style seating, and kitchen. This condo features a newly renovated kitchen outfitted with new appliances, including a fully stocked FlexBrew coffee maker (both regular brew and Keurig), along with dishes and cookware for your stay.

While we do not have a formal dining area, we do have a breakfast bar for mealtimes. There is also a small workspace for our business travelers.

Your booking includes the entire first floor condo. Please note that this is a first story unit; it is possible to hear the upstairs neighbors at times.

Other guests live in the unit above, so expect everyday noise like walking, running, or talking. If you plan to work remotely during the day, our place may not be a good fit for you.

This condo has a king size bed in both bedrooms and a queen air mattress is available to accommodate up to 6 people.

We supply the initial amount of courtesy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags along with dishwasher and dish soap which is typically enough for two to three days. For longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies to accommodate for your group and / or length of stay.

The full-sized washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry room.
