2bedrooms + 1Bathroom apartment with POOL view is on ground level with a full KITCHEN, free parking and everything you need. A home away from home. Booking GUEST must be minimum 25yrs old.

Wifi throughout the property allows you to have a Workation and kids to stream all they want on our HUGE TV or their devices. Board games in the TV cabinet.

The Kitchen is equipped with glass cooktop/oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Coffeemaker (K-cup or regular grind), toaster, Pots & Pans, cooking utensils, Bakeware, Dinnerware, silverware and glassware for 6. We supply a sponge and starter kit for dish soap, Coffee, Tea, sugars, napkins and paper towels.

This unit sleeps 6 has a very comfortable King Size bed, Queen Size bed and a Sofabed. We supply Linens and pillows. Travel Crib available on requests.

The Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is a hair dryer. We supply Bath towel sets. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash and hand soap for guests. Beach towels available upon request.

The property has a common laundry room with a wash and dryer. We supply laundry detergent.

The Pool area has sun loungers, lounge chairs, umbrellas and picnic style tables with benches. Pool toy for kids and Pool towels available in pool storage tables.

Free parking in front of property. 8 parking spaces large enough for 2 cars to park behind each other as well as parking on property grass.

Located in the residential area of Hallandale Beach. The unit is in a small 8 unit gated community. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. For additional guest safety, we have installed several cameras throughout the public area including hallways, pool laundry and parking areas.
