This home is a multi-unit living property. There is an apartment at the lower level and a vacation rental at the upper level. The apartment is a lock-off area with a separate entrance and parking. The apartment tenant has no access to the parking, decks, or outside use areas of the vacation rental.

Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
