Sitting at the cross of Hickman Street and King Charles Avenue, this vacation rental is just over one block from the beach and boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue is only a few blocks to the north. 505A King Charles has two-stories, but guests have the option of single-level living with two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. Guests can also find the living room and kitchen on the first floor. Off the kitchen is an enclosed porch, providing an outdoor space to enjoy after a day on the beach. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a half bath. This unit is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Rental has off-street parking for three cars.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $223.00.
