Entertainment is covered with a 50” Vizio smart TV, and a corner desk provides a workspace if needed. A bistro table with seating for up to four and back patio access with outdoor seating and a private hot tub round out the space.

Kitchen: The fully equipped, spacious kitchen boasts stone countertops and a center island with seating for six. GE stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer with water and ice on the door and a 5-burner gas range, make cooking a delight. A pantry is provided with additional small appliances.

Dining Area: The dining area features a hightop wood table and chairs for seating for four. Additionally, bar stools provide extra seating at the table.

No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
