Centrally located near FLL Airport, 45 mins to Miami, and 15 mins to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your personal retreat —the serene escape you never knew you needed awaits.
Guests:
No more than the contracted number of people may be on the property during your stay. If you want to invite more guests, you must first write to us for permission. This helps us manage expectations for our cleaners and the impact on the house. Photo shoots and special events are not permitted. If you wish to use the property for such purposes, please reach out to us to get permission.

Pets:
If you are bringing your fuzzy friend along, please keep an eye on them at all times and clean up after them. If your pet is crate trained, a pet gate is available in the laundry room. We provide a dog bed and dog bowls for all furry friends. Pet fees apply and we do have a weight limit of 20lbs, please reach out if you plan on traveling with your pet.

Arrival:
We run a self- check in process where no one will meet you. Please see our message thread for the gate codes prior to your arrival.

Check-in/Check-out Instructions:
Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11AM.

Please put all of the towels in the bathtub and all of the dishes in the dishwasher. If you misplace any belongings during your stay contact us, and we'll do our best to assist in returning your items.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door. If you are a smoker, plan to smoke outside and well away from open doors. Ash trays can be found outside on both tables. Butts thrown on the ground and any smoke odor are subject to excessive cleaning fines.

Noise:
Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep music and voices at a respectful volume. There is a strict noise ordinance of no amplified music or loud noises after 10pm. If we get complaints from neighbors it could be grounds for immediate eviction.

Security:
For your safety and ours, there two are security cameras installed on the outside of property. One outside the front gate overlooking the street and the second is outside overlooking the front door. None of them overlook communal areas, your privacy is our priority and will be respected.

Plumbing:
We have sensitive plumbing. Avoid solids, oils and chemicals in general. Specifically, please do not put any of the following into the toilets, sinks, or garbage disposal:
- Personal hygiene products or makeup wipes
- Baby wipes
- Coffee grounds
- Egg shells
- Any bleach-based product
- Cooking fats and bacon grease

Parking:
We have 2 parking spaces provided on the pavement areas outside the gate. While the neighborhood is generally safe, remember to lock your cars and take valuables with you. If you plan to have guests over please reach out for permission prior to booking.

Laundry Room:
Our laundry facilities include a gas-powered dryer. A slight odor is normal.
Remember to clear the dryer lint vent after each use to prevent any hazards. Laundry Detergent can be found on the shelves.

Emergency Procedures:
In case of emergencies, dial 911. A landline is available in the game room.
A first aid kit can be found in the laundry room along with one fire extinguisher, while the other can be found on the patio.
