★ AGE REQUIREMENT ★
You must be 25 or older to rent this home.

★ RENTAL CONTRACT ★
We have disclosed the terms of our Rental Contract in the Rental Agreement tab under Rules and Policies. This contract includes house rules, liability regarding on site activities, and fees for breaking rules. By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the Rental Contract.

★ NEIGHBORHOOD ★
Please note this home is in a neighborhood setting and is not remote. You can hear street noise from the front of the house, but the noise is mostly drowned out by nature in the back area. Please respect quiet hours!

★ PET RULES ★
One dog is allowed for a fee of $75. Please note your dog must be within the following restrictions:

✔ Over the age of 1 year old
✔ Under 50 pounds
✔ Housebroken and leash trained
✔ Not considered a "heavy shedder"
✔ Not an excessive barker

The yard is NOT entirely fenced in and dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in the outdoor trash bins. Note that dogs are NOT allowed in the pool. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged back to you!

★ FIREPLACE ★
The wood burning fireplace on the main floor is available for use by guests, but the wood burning stove in the den is off limits. Please only use fireplace if you are comfortable and have previous experience. There may be leftover wood there upon your arrival, but that is not guaranteed.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
For your safety and security there are three motion activated security cameras on the property that record video and audio: the front door doorbell, an overhead camera looking down on the driveway, and an overhead camera looking down at the back door entrance. There are NO cameras in or around the pool area. These cameras are for your protection, as well as the protection of the property.

★ GYM & POOL ★
Please note use of the gym and pool is at your own risk. The pool is roughly 40ft x 20ft. If you are staying with us in May or September please inquire whether the pool will be open for your stay.

★ CHILDREN ★
Be sure to watch children carefully at all times. Your families safety is our top priority!
