Located in a peaceful East Smyrna neighborhood, this townhome offers quick access to major interstates I-285 and I-75, making city exploration a breeze. Guests will be able to park any parking spaces labeled #14 or “Guest”.

We strive to maintain all our amenities in good working order. If you encounter any issues, let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address them promptly. We do not offer refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, like power outages or severe weather conditions.

◇Other Things to Note◇

** Must be 21 years of age or older to book.

** No disruptive gatherings or parties permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. (Please inquire first if you would like visitors during your stay.)

**Sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking.

**A security deposit hold of $100 will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending no damages.

**Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST.

**Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional fees. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $200 fee.

**Home security includes entry sensors and a front door camera. Tampering with these devices will result in a $500 fine and immediate cancellation of your stay.
