"Smoky Comfort" is a modern 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin with a large bonus game room, conveniently located in Wears Valley! With 3 levels there's plenty of space to spread out so you can bring the whole family and comfortably accommodate 8 adults.

Main Level:
Upon entering you will find a fully stocked kitchen that is open to the living room complete with a smart TV, fireplace and comfy sofa with queen size sleeper bed! The windows really give a bright, airy and spacious feeling. There is a bedroom on the main level with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Open the french doors and step outside to one of two wrap around covered decks complete with outdoor furniture so you can relax on the porch swing with your beverage of choice and enjoy fresh mountain air! Also on this level you will find the washer/dryer.

Upper Level:
Upstairs you will find bedroom #2 with a king size bed, ensuite bath and smart TV.

Lower Level:
Head down stairs for all the family fun! The lower level features a pool table, air hockey, arcade game and board games for hours of entertainment. Along with an additional queen sofa sleeper. Step outside from the game room and take a dip in the hot tub or hang out by the fire pit roasting s'mores!

The location of the cabin cannot be beat. We are located in the beautiful Wears Valley just minutes from the General Store, 10 minutes to the National Park, 7 miles to Pigeon Forge (The Island), 11 miles to Dollywood or 15 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg. During the summer months, you will have free access to the nearby Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli. Guests will be able to enjoy the pool, picnic tables, full-service deli & grill along with a catch-and-release fishing pond.

We are readily available via the VRBO app Monday - Saturday 9am-6pm and will respond quickly during business hours!

-After turning off the highway, the last road leading to the cabin is STEEP, it is paved but has some potholes. This is a logging road that is not maintained by the county so we are on our own to pay for repairs which are very costly. 4-wheel drive/AWD is not necessary but highly recommended in icy or inclement weather conditions. Luxury sports cars are not recommended for a vacation in the mountains. NO REFUNDS will be given for inclement weather or other accessibility issues.

-DRIVING TO THE CABIN. Please note: There may be some twisty roads.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents/guardians. (Please check prior to booking if you do not meet this age restriction. We do evaluate on a case by case basis)

8 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

There are outdoor cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. There is no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof you will hear it. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the community or in the street do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

The hot tub is for guests 18+ and children WITH adult supervision. The hot tub is all ready to go and should be set no lower than 95 or more than 104 degrees at all times. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. Sometimes early/late check-in and check-out can be accommodated for a fee of $25/hr.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

We have stocked the cabin with some start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $175 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires inside the cabin! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. Please use only the fireplace (April - October per county regulations).

No smoking of any kind, $100 fine.

Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. If you are a night owl this property is NOT for you.

Fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1 per county regulations.
